Software built around how your company works

We automate the repetitive work that lives in spreadsheets, e-mail and copy-paste between systems. Bots, integrations and internal applications built on top of what your company already pays for.

In practice

Five routines, five automated flows

One example per department — the logic repeats: someone used to do this by hand, every day, and now they don't.

Tax - Invoice reconciliation Legal - Contract lifecycle HR - Employee onboarding Finance - Accounts payable Operations - Marketplace order
Invoice arrives by e-mail
Reads the XML and checks tax ID, amount and order
Posts to the ERP and files it in SharePoint
Mismatches become a card in Teams
The team requests the contract through a form
Draft generated from the approved template
Goes out for electronic signature
Deadlines and renewal land on the calendar
HR fills in the onboarding form
Checks documents and flags what is missing
Creates the account, e-mail and access rights
Welcome pack sent to the manager
Supplier invoice arrives by e-mail
Checks the order, amount and cost centre
Schedules the payment in the ERP
Receipt goes back to the supplier
New order comes in from the marketplace
Syncs customer and line items with the ERP
Draws down stock and creates the pick list
The sales dashboard updates itself

Smart solutions. More value for your business.

Every engagement starts from a real process in your operation - not from a licence we need to sell. If it can be solved with what you already have, that is what we do.

01

Process automation (RPA)

Bots that run the routine the way a person runs it today: open the legacy system with no API, download the report, check it, post it, file it. With a log of every run and exception handling - whatever the bot cannot decide goes back to a human.

02

System integrations

ERP, CRM, e-commerce, bank, spreadsheet and third-party APIs talking to each other without someone in the middle typing it twice. With queueing, retries and failure alerts - an integration that breaks silently is worse than no integration.

03

Power Platform

Power Apps for the form that is a shared spreadsheet today, Power Automate for the approval flow, Power BI to stop building reports by hand. Inside the Microsoft 365 your company already subscribes to.

04

Internal platforms

A portal, an operations dashboard or a bespoke system, with corporate sign-in and access profiles - for when the process no longer fits in a low-code app.

05

Data and reporting

Consolidating the data that is scattered today, a data model and a dashboard that opens up to date - instead of a PDF someone assembles every Monday.

06

Process discovery

Before automating: map it, measure it and cut what should not exist. Automating a bad process only makes the mistake happen faster.

02 · Solutions

If any of these is your routine, it can be automated

Automating the slow and repetitive gives skilled people their hours back for the work that needs human judgement - deciding, negotiating, handling the exception the bot cannot resolve.

Finance and tax

Bank reconciliation, invoice capture, ERP posting, collections workflow.

Back office and HR

Onboarding, document checklists, expense approval, contract generation.

Sales

Quotes generated from the CRM, automatic follow-up, a pipeline with no side spreadsheet.

Operations and logistics

Syncing orders between marketplace and ERP, updating stock, flagging exceptions.

03 · Plans

Three formats, scope in writing

We do not sell licences or off-the-shelf products. What you buy is delivery - and whatever gets built is documented, in your environment and in your name.

Proof of concept

One process, short scope. To see the automation running before deciding on the rest.

  • Mapping of the chosen process
  • A working automation in a test environment
  • An estimate of the gain and of the effort to scale

Ongoing evolution

Monthly hours to keep what is running and automate the next one in the queue.

  • Fixes when the source system changes
  • Adjustments and new rules in existing flows
  • A queue prioritised with you every month

04 · How we work

From the first conversation to a flow in production

Step 1

Map

30 minutes on a call, at no cost. You show the process as it is today and we tell you whether it is worth automating.

Step 2

Design and quote

The proposed flow, the systems involved, the exceptions we expect, the timeline and the price. What is out of scope is written down too.

Step 3

Build and validate

Partial deliveries so the team can validate early. The people who run the process test it before it goes live.

Step 4

Deploy and hand over

Deployment in your environment, documentation, training and monitoring of every run.

05 · About

A small operation, clear commitments

A small consultancy has one advantage a large one cannot imitate: the person you talk to is the person who builds it. And one honest limit: one project at a time, done well.

  • Failure is planned forA run log, an alert to the owner, and a manual route for the case nobody anticipated
  • Fixed priceScope agreed up front; a change becomes an amendment we agree on
  • DocumentedEvery delivery ships with a flow diagram and an operations manual
  • One point of contactNo handing your context to a team that changes every month
06 · Contact

Bring one process, leave with a diagnosis

Thirty minutes on a call. You show the routine as it is today and get an honest read: whether it can be automated, what it would cost, and what you can do before that for free.

Received. We reply within one business day.
